  • Hole Cluster Punch Tool - Cluster punches are used in a unit to punch multiple holes on close centers with one hit. The mating stripper plate aids in parting the material from the punch to avoid having the punch distort the material while stripping.

  • UniPunch A-8 with Custom Block Die - For this customer, UniPunch provided a solution for punching multiple large holes on close center-to-center dimensions. Utilizing our A-8 unit which can produce up to 5” diameter holes, a block style die was adapted to this holder for this formed part punching application.
  • Punch many holes in one hit with a dedicated setup - Process parts with large quantities of holes, in one hit of the press.

  • Electrical Knock Outs - UniPunch units with modified punches and dies are used for forming single and double electrical knock outs. The dies have built-in strippers to force the slug out of the die for easy removal from the unit.
  • Horizontal Mandrel Tube Punching - Horizontal Mandrel Tube Punching System for distortion-free holes
  • Custom block style mandrel tube punching setup on template - Punch multiple holes in a tube using a dedicated mandrel setup.
  • Altered Pedestal Die - For punching holes in formed or irregular shaped parts, UniPunch will modify our AJ series Pedestal Dies allowing holes to be placed in required locations. Provide a sample part or part drawing for application assistance.
  • 25 Hole Cluster Punch Tool - This customer wanted to create 25 vent holes in one hit. UniPunch designed a 25 hole cluster punch, die and stripper to be used in a standard holder.
  • One Hit Many Holes - Here a dedicated setup on a keyed mounting template produces multiple operations including corner notching, round and shaped hole punching and lance & form. UniPunch engineers can help layout the tooling for your part.
  • UniPunch Gib Style Notching Unit - For part notching applications on unique custom extrusions, UniPunch can design and build tooling for your special application. To request a tooling quote, provide a part or part drawing of your specific application.
  • Corner Radius Punch and Die - At first this looks like tooling to make a hole in the shape of a crescent moon. Actually this is corner radius tooling for use in a UniPunch AH-3 holder. There is a heel on the punch (at the top in the photo) that enters the die first to positively locate the punch prior to the radius being cut. Radius tooling is also available for other holders.
  • UniPunch Units in a Hydraulic Air over Oil Press System - The air over oil Multicyl® press system is an alternative to presses and press brakes. Here is a three hole punch setup using UniPunch tooling in a Multicyl® table-top press system.
  • Quick Change Tooling - Quick Change Tooling: Here dedicated setups of UniPunch tooling are shown on storage shelves. UniPunch can design dedicated setups for your parts. Using dedicated setups of UniPunch tooling you can have both faster changeover at the press and faster processing time.
  • Keyhole Punch and Die - Keyhole Punch and Die: Round End and Square End Keyhole tooling is made to customer specifications.
  • Dedicated setup on template - Allows for precise hole locations in the part.
  • Multiple Hole Mandrel Tube Punching - Here is a dedicated gang punching system producing 6 distortion-free round holes with each press stroke. Similar UniPunch mandrel hole punching systems are available for round or rectangular tubing.
