There are eight key
steps to the assembly of the five different UniPunch
mounting systems. We begin with a sketch of your part
and assist you through the assembly process through to
the tooling and recommended repeat parts.
| Step 1. You send UniPunch a sketch or prototype
part. |
|
| Step 2. UniPunch will create a template drawing. |
|
| Step 3. Our technical support team will recommend
proper tooling based on your press and part requirements. |
|
| Step 4. UniPunch will supply the appropriate template
to mount and position tooling and gages. |
|
| Step 5. UniPunch will supply the template and tooling
as a complete system. |
|
| Step 6. Tooling is assembled on the template outside
the press. |
|
| Step 7. You can punch and notch multiple holes
with each stroke of the press. |
|
| Step 8. Your UniPunch tooling is ideal for repeat
parts and runs up to 500,000 pieces. |
