The Punchline from UniPunch
                       Ideas for Productivity II....
In this Issue:
Progressive Punching with the UniPunch System

To fully utilize your press brake capabilities, an often overlooked method to produce fabricated parts is the Progressive set-up method utilizing UniPunch unitized tooling. The basic principle is to establish a part flow process which allows the press operator to move or progress the piece part thru various tooling stations within the working area of the press.

Each dedicated template or station performs a specific function such as corner or ‘V’ notching, hole punching, shearing and forming with press brake dies.

For details on how to set up your press for custom Progressive part fabrication, contact the UniPunch tooling engineers.
