Field incoming calls from sales representatives, current and potential customers regarding RFQ’s, orders and product explanation.
Track custom drawing / project log to ensure that projects are getting released in a timely manner.
Solve engineering questions with our quoting and design team.
Coordinate custom orders with manufacturing upon their release from engineering.
