Punching & Notching Without Presses

UniPunch Products can supply hole punching and notching systems for part fabrication driven by your shop air. These punching stations can be designed for custom applications as shown in the photos below or complete turnkey punching systems for multiple punching and notching applications. Based on your specific application and material thickness, we will select the most efficient air over oil cylinder to accommodate your tonnage requirements. The above custom edge notch unit and cage to were designed to accommodate a preformed part. A 7 ½ ton cylinder was selected to provide sufficient tonnage for notching this part and when this job becomes complete, both cage and cylinder are capable of accepting other punching or notching tools. This flexible system is ideal for cell environments working in combination with presses or punching machines.
